About Us

Founded by Damla Alp, Rare Society Community is a global trade and logistics advisory platform focused on international operations, multimodal transportation and strategic supply chain management.

Damla Alp is an international logistics and foreign trade professional with extensive experience across Europe, CIS, Russia, Central Asia, the Gulf Region and the Middle East. Throughout her career, she has specialized in road, air and sea freight operations, multimodal/intermodal transportation, transit cargo management and cross-border trade coordination.

She has actively managed high-sensitivity operational processes within the pharmaceutical, textile, construction, ceramics and luxury retail sectors, with expertise in freight forwarding, customs compliance, operational strategy and international supply chain management.

Between 2019 and 2024, she served as Senior Multimodal Operations & Pricing Executive at IMSAN GROUP, later continuing her career at Metronak International Transport as Commercial Executive – EU, CIS & Middle East, managing international commercial operations and strategic business development activities.

Today, alongside managing foreign trade operations within Beymen Group, she continues to lead Rare Society Community, providing professional advisory services in global trade, logistics operations, transportation strategy and operational coordination.

Recognized for her contributions to the logistics industry, Damla Alp was nominated for the “Air Cargo Logistics Manager of the Year” category at the Atlas Logistics Awards for two consecutive years and actively contributes to industry development through the UTIKAD Mentor-Mentee Project and the UND Women’s Working Group.
